I have my second Lamborghini a Aventador S and plan to get the Performante soon as San Francisco is the dealer in the bay area!

I became a customer of their Lamborghini Service Department recently after getting tired of driving all the way up to Marin to Ferrari/Maserati of SF for service on my Maserati. I randomly drove in to their service bay and from the very first time, I got nothing but STELLAR service from the whole there. "Billy" the Service Advisor on the Lamborghini side has been very refreshingly forthright and quite reasonable on the charges for some extra work (installing a new exhaust system etc) beyond scheduled service I needed done and has even gone the extra mile to help guide me on some additional performance work I want to have done. I am very happy all in all and plan to give their sales department the first crack at selling me my next car as well. Show more

I don't like mechanics at dealerships based on my past experience. However, when my 2011 Bentley G.T. needed to be serviced due to sensor issues, I took it to these guys and left my car there while I went for an extended lunch. I was looking to be blind sided by repair work I didn't need. The usual ...tactic at most repair shops. After about 3 hours I received a call from the service dept saying that my car was ready for pick up. When I got there, I was handed an invoice. my eyes slowly glanced towards the "TOTAL" and I was pleasantly surprised to see a big fat $00.00. They even gave me a free oil change. That's a savings of $300.00 Since then, I have always taken my babies to them whenever they are in need for service. Great service and honest mechanics. A very rare find these days. Show more
